Griffen has had the dream of being a Film Director since he was a child. With an early love for the works of Sam Raimi, Steven Spielberg, and George Lucas, Griffen has taken many inspirations.

As a Writer and a Director, Griffen is still early on in his career. He has a feature film (The People of KingsTown) currently in the Post Production process, a short film (Caring About the Character) available on Youtube, as well as many other projects in various stages. The People of KingsTown

March Break of 2023

The Filming Experience of the People of KingsTown, was nothing short of a Miracle to Complete. The filming began in the middle of March. The Temperatures were Horrid, but the Grass was showing nicely. My Script was very focussed on Night Shoots, which made things very difficult for us. To make matters most difficult, an unexpected Snow Storm came through Kingston. This threw off the entire filming schedule. However, we shot the entire film in 1 Week. My Crew were the greatest to ever exist. They hustled, they bled, and through all else they kept their heads high.

Caring About the Character

April of 2022

Caring About the Character was shot in 4 days. I wrote the script for a class, but I'd had the Idea for quite sometime. Whilst filming, we managed to pull off one of the greatest shots I have ever attempted. A moving Pan, which we filmed out of the window of a car. The shot helped me moving forward with he film. It is a film that I will always take to heart while I move through the Film Industry.
